Campaign Final Report -- Summary:
Between 2003-2008, a capital campaign to renovate the
The campaign succeeded in raising most of the money needed for renovation. The renovated house, along with Alpha Delta Phi’s historical strength on campus, proved attractive to a large number of high quality undergraduate men. The rapid growth of the reconstituted undergraduate chapter enabled a final $100,000 loan from our lender to finish renovation. Renovations were scheduled for completion by the end of Fall 2009; the $100,000 note must be repaid by the end of 2014.
Many Hands, One Heart: The Campaign to Restore Miami's Alpha Delta Phi was a watershed moment in the long history the chapter. Through the Campaign, generations of alumni showed their commitment to the organization that gave them such important memories and friendships; undergraduates worked hard to reestablish a chapter worthy of the alumni's generosity . To all: thank you, and Xaipe!
